My annual bootcamp is here again! 🎉 

Last year was an 80's theme and it was AMAZING! They STILL talk about it!! 
The day goes like this:
  • 8:50-9:00 AM Arrive at Fit For Adventure (corner of Amity and Cloverdale)
  • ​9:15 AM Bootcamp Workout Begins
  • ​10:15 AM Goodie Bag Handout, snacks, and raffle off prizes!
  • ​6:00 PM: Dinner for a fun Ladies Night Out (Location TBD and optional)
During my bootcamp workout I will offer alternatives for any exercise due to injury or capabilities. Each station is timed allowing you to go at your own pace. And you get lift & laugh with a room full of women! 

So if you've ever been to one of my weekly bootcamp classes, it's Just like those! Except you get gifts, treats, and a LADIES NIGHT OUT! 

**You DO NOT have to attend the dinner. You can come to the morning festivities and be done. The details of dinner is still being decided. That includes where dinner is and the exact time (depending on reservations). If you are interested, there is a place to mark that on your order form below. As time gets closer, I will email you and let you know what the plans are.

What's the cost?
$47.00 is the price. This will cover your 60 minute bootcamp with Allie, a certified personal trainer. After the workout you will also receive a goodie bag, and Snack. (Dinner at ladies night is not included and is optional to attend)
When Is bootcamp?
Saturday, October 28th at 9 am-10:30 am. We will workout at Fit for Adventure, it's on the corner of Amity & Cloverdale in Meridian, ID. You can google The Fitness Life for driving directions.
Am I required to sign up before?
Yes. I need to know how many ladies are coming to get the workout written up and to get your goody bag put together. Deadline is the Thursday before. October 26th!
I'm not in shape, can I still come?
Of course! Bootcamp is designed in a way that ALL fitness levels can endure the 60 min workout. Plus, that's the benefit of having a certified personal trainer teach class. If you are experiencing any pain, let me know, and an alternative will be given. We all start somewhere!
What do we do in bootcamp?
My annual Bootcamp is just like my weekly bootcamps except you get gifts, treats, and in the evening we go out together for a LADIES NIGHT OUT!

Bootcamp is in a group setting where you experience a combination of core strength, resistance training, and cardiovascular. I set up a circuit with variation of exercises, you do each station for 45-50 seconds, and then move on to the next set of exercises. We repeat each circuit 3 times with a 90 second rest between each circuit.
