As we age, we start to value the quality of our life - getting old isn't for the weak. Life is more than a number on the scale. If you only care about the scale, you will get some value from my coaching but I'm not the coach for you. However, I am the right coach for you if you want to have more energy, be active without feeling sore or getting injured, be more independent, feel confident, and KNOW what you're doing and why you're doing it.
